Check Inventory

Quickly check the status of any records stored in our facility with the click of a button. If you have requested a file, this system allows you to track an item every step of the way, from the time it is requested through delivery, pick-up, and refiling.

Request Records

Submit record requests online, anytime, from anywhere. Once your request is submitted, our team will promptly process the request, delivering your documents to your facility either physically or electronically, using our scan-on-demand delivery options.

Manage Retention Schedules

Managing retention schedules for off-site records can be challenging. Through our client portal you will have on-going access to your retention schedule, allowing you to make immediate adjustments to the timeline whenever necessary. Within the portal, you can

  • Review and change selected retention dates
  • Monitor upcoming records purges
  • Confirm secure destruction of items
  • Access Certificates of Destruction for purged documents

Whether you need daily, monthly, or immediate access to your records, Augusta Data Storage, Inc. will retrieve your records when you need them. Service is only as far away as your computer or telephone.

Our standard service provides same day delivery whether for an entire box, a requested file, or an individual document. Our trained personnel use security transport pouches, and delivery is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Emergency rush and fax services are also available.
